Prospero Teaching is working with various secondary schools in the Royal Borough of Harrow. This position is for a cover supervisor (no experience required) in various schools on a temporary / daily basis. You would be required to be punctual, have a real passion for teaching and be able to manage behaviour and develop your classroom management skills. Prospero Teaching also has a learning and development team that will be able to help you develop as a cover supervisor whilst you are with us. The schools we work with pride themselves on creating a positive and respectful learning environment.
Cover Supervisor Information
- Supervising work that has been set in accordance with the school policy
- Managing the behaviour of pupils while they are undertaking this work to ensure a constructive environment
- Responding to any questions from pupils about process and procedures
- Dealing with any immediate problems or emergencies according to the school's policies and procedures
- Collecting any completed work after the lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher
- Reporting back as appropriate using the school's agreed referral procedures on the behaviour of pupils during the class, and any issues arising

- Contract type: Temporary (Adhoc)
