Job Description
- Technical Skills
- Web Technology Expertise: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential.
- Code Debugging: Ability to read, understand, and debug complex, possibly minified code from external partner websites.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Experience with Chrome Developer Tools, API integrations, and investigating error codes.
- Familiarity with Web Standards: Knowledge of RSS feeds, crawling (Googlebot), and authentication protocols (OAuth) is highly desirable.
- Coding Background: While not a pure software engineering role, the hiring manager noted that web developers often perform well in this position.
- Experience & Soft Skills
- Professional Experience: Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar technical support or consulting role.
