Business Development (Hard FM / HVAC Sales)- Identify and secure new business opportunities within Facilities Management and Hard Services sectors
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects across London
- Engage with key decision‑makers including FM Managers, Procurement Leads, and Property Directors
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and present tailored service solutions
- Lead bids, proposals, and pricing strategies in collaboration with internal teams
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients
- Identify opportunities to expand services across Hard FM and HVAC offerings
