Are you a qualified (level 2 or level 3) maintenance plumber immediately available for a new role? We have a new static maintenance plumbing position starting in June for a University in London. You will be paid weekly in this position at an hourly rate of £25.76 per hour (PAYE - Umbrella).
Within this maintenance plumbing position you will be responsible for both PPMs and reactive minor plumbing repairs on the halls of residencies for this leading University. You will be working in a team and will enjoy a varied plumbing position.
For this maintenance plumbing role we are looking for:
- Level 2 or Level 3 City and Guilds Plumbing qualification
- Building services maintenance experience
- Experience of plumbing within a University or student accommodation setting would be highly advantageous
- Reliable and enthusiastic
