My client is working on a variety of projects from film sets to construction sites where there is a need for SIA Door Supervisors.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment at licensed venues, events, and premises
- Monitor and control entry and exit points
- Check IDs and verify age restrictions
- Carry out crowd control and manage queues
- Prevent anti-social behaviour, violence, and theft
- Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally
- Conduct security searches when required
- Liaise with emergency services and venue management
- Write incident reports and maintain accurate records
- Deliver excellent customer service while remaining professional at all times
- Follow health & safety procedures and company policies
- Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence and work effectively under pressure
