- Identify new opportunities through data-driven research and innovation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical methodologies and tools
- Strong programming skills in several of the following: Python, C#, C++, Java
- Advanced knowledge of mathematical modelling, statistics, and probability
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving ability
- Experience working with large-scale data and data science methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Genuine interest in sports analytics, trading, or betting markets
- MSc or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or another highly quantitative discipline
