We are working with a Global IT Services Provider seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to support strengthening operational resilience capabilities within a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of Operational Resilience initiatives across a large banking environment.
- Work with stakeholders to define and embed resilience requirements across services and business processes.
- Contribute to impact tolerances, mapping, and resilience testing activities.
- Support governance, reporting, and programme tracking across multiple workstreams.
- Identify gaps in resilience capability and help define remediation or improvement actions.
- Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to ensure consistent execution of resilience objectives.
- Proven experience working on Operational Resilience initiatives within financial services.
- Ability to define and drive operational resilience frameworks, translating regulatory requirements into clear delivery strategies and actionable plans.
- Ability to take ownership of resilience programmes, driving delivery and outcomes end-to-end.
