Senior AR/Credit Supervisor to join our growing finance team. This newly created role requires media experience. The role is a sole‑charge position with potential to supervise one junior credit controller.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end AR and Credit function.
- Operational credit control, daily payment allocation and cash application.
- Customer chasing and follow‑up via phone and email.
- Offsets, reconciliations, chargeback and dispute management.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly aged debt reports.
- Coordinate collection and validation of AR ageing data across entities.
- Participate in regular meetings to review AR ageing, overdue balances and key risk positions.
- Act as AR/Credit Control point of contact for clients and work closely with internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in AR/Credit roles, preferably senior positions.
- Must have media experience; advertising preferred.
Working Conditions
- Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home.
- Hours 9:00 – 17:30.
