Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming repair requests from tenants and clients
- Scheduling and coordinating operatives diaries
- Raising and processing work orders
- Liaising with residents, subcontractors, and internal teams

- Ensuring repairs are completed within agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience within repairs, maintenance, housing, or construction administration
