This is a business with serious momentum investing heavily in people, customer experience, operational excellence and growth. With a fast-paced, high-footfall estate and a leadership team committed to building a best-in-class operation, this is an opportunity for a Regional Manager to join at a pivotal stage of the journey and make a genuine impact.

We are looking for an exceptional Regional Manager to lead a London region across a diverse, high-volume multi-site operation. This opportunity will particularly suit leaders from fast-paced retail or high street hospitality environments who thrive on visibility, pace, people leadership and commercial performance.

The Role

As Regional Manager, you will lead through a team of Area Managers, taking full ownership for regional performance, operational execution and people development across a dynamic London-based estate. This is not a role for someone who prefers to lead from behind a desk. Success will come from being highly present in the business, building strong teams, driving accountability and creating an outstanding customer experience in every location. The successful Regional Manager will play a key role in helping shape the next phase of the company's growth as it continues its ambition to become the market leader in its space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of Area Managers to deliver exceptional performance
  • Build a high-performance, service-led culture across the region
  • Drive sales, profitability and operational excellence across multiple sites
  • Develop future leadership capability and succession within your teams
  • Ensure consistency, standards and pace of execution across all locations
  • Use data, KPIs and commercial insight to identify opportunities and drive results
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to support growth and business transformation
  • Act as a visible and energetic leader across your region

About You

We are looking for an authentic, commercially driven Regional Manager who loves operating in fast-moving customer environments. You will ideally come from:

  • High street hospitality
  • QSR
  • Retail
  • Other high-volume, customer-led multi-site businesses

You will bring:

  • Proven regional or senior multi-site leadership experience
  • A hands-on, people-first leadership style
  • Strong commercial and operational capability
  • Experience developing high-performing managers and teams
  • The ability to thrive in a pacey, evolving environment
  • Energy, resilience and a genuine passion for customer experience
  • A track record of delivering results through people

Why Join?

  • Join a business on an exciting journey to become the leader in its sector
  • Be part of a highly commercial, growth-focused PE-backed environment
  • Significant opportunity to influence culture, performance and future direction
  • A visible senior leadership role with real autonomy and impact
  • Competitive salary of 110,000 - 130,000 plus bonus and benefits
  • Excellent long-term career progression opportunities

If you are currently operating as a Regional Manager within hospitality, QSR or fast-paced retail and are looking for a business with ambition, momentum and genuine career opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
