We are recruiting a driving consultant for our client based in Dartford. This is one of the best specialist driving sector agencies in the UK, extremely respected in their field and are currently investing heavily in growing their business throughout the UK.
Requirements:
- You will need to have a minimum of one year's experience working for an agency that supplies Class 1 & 2 and 7.5 tonne drivers.
- A full understanding of drivers' hours and regulations is a must.
- You will need to be able to build excellent relationships with the clients and drivers in order for them to have a full trust in your ability to provide an outstanding service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Advertising roles on various Job Boards & Social Media
- Resourcing and registering high quality and reliable drivers
- Ensuring Drivers are legal and compliant
- Placing the drivers into contracts
- Building strong relationships with existing clients & drivers
- Developing new business
- Shared On-call duties to ensure a smooth service for the clients
