The predicted salary is between 28000 - 29000 £ per year.

Receptionist required with a fully enhanced DBS check to work on a very busy front desk. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Pay per hour is £14.00.

Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Take messages and pass on to the relevant person
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Sign visitors in
  • Admin tasks

Benefits:

Experience required:

  • Must have a current enhanced DBS with children and education checked valid within the last 3 years, or on the update service
  • Previous reception experience is beneficial
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced environment
  • Administration experience is desirable
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills face to face and over the telephone
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
