You will join a well‑established, highly respected construction contractor with more than five decades of expertise delivering luxury residential and heritage refurbishment projects across London and the South of England.

Role

  • Take full commercial responsibility for a prestigious high‑end refurbishment in Virginia Water valued at £15m.
  • Manage structural restoration, bespoke joinery packages and high‑speed finishes.
  • Oversee cost planning, procurement, contract administration and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with clients, architects and specialist trades.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS delivering high‑end residential or heritage refurbishment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Passion for quality and craftsmanship.
