Our client is a unique estate agency offering the highest standard of service delivered by their exceptional team of property professionals. An incredible opportunity has arisen for a Sales Lister to join our client’s Estate agency team! The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of the agency, contributing to the dynamic environment with their expertise and knowledge. The role demands a proactive, self-motivated individual who can confidently appraise properties, ensuring accurate and competitive market pricing, winning new instructions and listing properties for the market.

Duties:

  • Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Prepare and present professional property appraisals for potential sellers and landlords.
  • Advise clients on realistic pricing strategies based on current market trends.
  • Offer guidance to clients throughout the process.
  • Conduct accurate property valuations to attract new listings.
  • Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the property market in England, including legislation affecting property sales.

The ideal Candidate:

  • Have previous estate agency experience.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Well organized with an attention to detail.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
