Our client based in the heart of the City, recognised within the Legal 500, are seeking to add a Property Litigation Associate Solicitor of 3 years+ PQE to their team. Hybrid working, private healthcare and life assurance are some of the many benefits on offer.

Requirements

  • Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 3 years+ PQE to manage their own caseload to include:
    • Housing litigation
    • Injunctions
    • Possession claims
    • Disrepair matters
    • Non-contentious matters

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the day to day running of a caseload
  • Be able to support the partners on more large and complex matters
  • Supervise more junior members of the team including paralegals
  • Get involved in marketing and business development in a client focused manner
  • Be able to interact directly with clients, manage their expectations, and meet their deadlines

Person Specification

  • Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 3 years+ PQE
  • IT literate to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications
  • Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and pro-activity
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to convey clear and concise information
