This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Architect who wants to be involved in the regeneration of Tottenham and really take place in moulding the area around them.

Our client is a well-established London architectural practice specialising in Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Hospitality, and selected one-off Residential projects. The studio has built a strong reputation for combining creative design thinking with technically refined delivery, taking pride in shaping and transforming the spaces around them while remaining closely connected to the projects they work on. Operating within a highly collaborative environment, the practice places strong emphasis on design quality, technical delivery, and client engagement across all RIBA stages, offering excellent exposure to complex on-site projects.

The successful Project Architect will collaborate and take part in projects through design development, technical coordination, and delivery, with strong involvement across RIBA Stages 3 and 4 and strong exposure to stage 5. This role will also provide solid mentoring and progression.

Job Overview
  • Lead and manage projects through all RIBA stages with strong involvement in Stages 3 and 4
  • Produce and oversee high-quality technical drawing packages using Revit on a daily basis
  • Maintain design intent throughout construction and project delivery
  • Prepare and present design proposals and technical information
  • Lead and collaborate within project teams to deliver complex schemes successfully
Job Requirements
  • ARB-registered Architect
  • Experience across all RIBA stages with strong exposure to Stages 3 and 4
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Experience within Sports & Leisure projects is preferred but not essential
  • Strong technical ability
  • Live within a commutable distance of Tottenham
