We are looking for ECTs who are hardworking, dedicated and have the drive and enthusiasm to make a difference. Fresh from your training, you will be able to adapt to different working environments and build excellent relationships within our schools. You will have good behaviour management skills and you will be able to adapt your teaching to the needs of the class.
