About you: Are you a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7) seeking a locum position? Medacs Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join an NHS hospital in West Middlesex Hospital, to support them in providing the highest levels of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work across various wards, checking prescriptions, ensuring their appropriateness and safety for individual patients.
  • Provide advice on medication dosage and form, participate in ward rounds, and collaborate with medical staff.
  • Discuss treatments with patients, their relatives, community pharmacists, and GPs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Master's degree in pharmacy (MPharm).
  • GPhC registration.
  • Previous wards-based experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience.
  • 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
  • Full UK right to work.
