Job Overview
Working within the EMEA payroll team you will be responsible for running payrolls for various countries across the EMEA region.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Working within a team being responsible for timely and accurate delivery of EMEA payrolls.
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll instructions to the outsourced payroll provider.
- Monthly reconciliation and approval of payroll output reports.
- Provide quality customer service to employees and stakeholders across all payroll matters.
- Deal with various queries via mailbox and phone.
Essential Skills and Competencies
- Experience working with EMEA payrolls.
- Excellent numeracy and written communication skills.
- High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets.
- Good Excel skills.
- Able to work as part of a team.
Desirable Skills and Competencies
