What You'll Do
- As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the vital link between patients and the healthcare team.
- Welcoming and supporting patients with queries in person, via phone and email.
- Coordinating appointments and managing busy patient schedules.
- Answering queries and providing information about the services.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and managing administrative tasks.
- Contacting prospective patients, who have enquired about the services.
