Panoramic is currently supporting a London based Primary school that is seeking an SEN professional for a flexible SENCo opportunity. The role provides both immediate operational support and longer‑term inclusion leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • The initial requirement is for a hands‑on SENCo to deliver immediate support on a short‑term basis, around 3 days per week, starting ASAP until the end of the academic year.
  • The focus will be on reducing pressure within the existing SEND provision and taking ownership of key operational responsibilities:
    • Annual reviews
    • EHCP administration and casework
    • SEND processes, documentation, and compliance
    • Supporting operational stability within the provision

This is a non‑teaching role. There is potential for a longer‑term SENCo/Inclusion leadership position with a more strategic focus moving forward.

Compensation

Paid on a competitive day rate inside IR35.
