We are looking for an exceptional Nursing Home Manager with a specialism in dementia care to lead and shape a North London nursing home owned by a well-respected care provider. About the Role
- As Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, culture, quality, and performance of the home.

About You
- We are looking for a Registered Manager in North London who has a good track record of GOOD CQC reports.
- You must have a valid NMC PIN.
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager.
- History of achieving GOOD CQC reports.
- In-depth knowledge of dementia best practice and regulatory requirements.
- A visible, values-led leadership style that motivates and empowers teams.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of people living with dementia.
