Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, re‐mortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including property searches, title checks, and reviewing contracts.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
  • Prepare and draft necessary legal documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date records of all transactions and client communications.
  • Any commercial property experience would be an advantage.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales from NQ – 5 years PQE handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters.
  • Strong understanding of conveyancing law and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficient in using conveyancing software and other legal technology.
