SEE Services is looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer/Multiskilled to join our team on a permanent basis in Bromley.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance including, but not limited to:
    • Completing quoted works
    • Minor carpentry works
    • Minor building fabric repairs
    • Minor decorating tasks
    • Minor Plumbing works
  • Update the client and the team when further works are required
  • 1 of 4 Call outs
  • Prepare simple quotes
  • Provide a schedule of works for identified additional/remedial works
  • Travel between and work across multiple sites, clients, and location types
  • Ensure standards of workmanship are maintained to maximise the operation effectiveness and reliability of the building and associated systems
  • Do the job right and do it right first time, within a pre-determined timescale
  • Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner
