The Role

  • Lead and supervise a small team to deliver high-quality building maintenance services.

  • Manage call-outs and respond to maintenance needs in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records using the PlanON CAFM system to track service requests and outcomes.

You

  • Proven experience in building maintenance with a strong focus on multi-trade skills.
  • City & Guilds NVQ Level 2-3 or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in IT and experience with CAFM systems.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
