We are currently looking for an experienced Handyman / Fabric Engineer to join our growing FM team in a mobile temp to perm role covering London and the Home Counties. Occasional travel to sites in Norwich, Oxford, and Southampton may also be required, although patches will reduce as the team expands.

The role will involve carrying out planned compliance tasks, general fabric maintenance, and small works across commercial sites. Candidates must be comfortable working around plant rooms and have previous FM experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out compliance checks and small fabric repairs
  • General building maintenance across commercial properties
  • Working safely within plant room environments
  • Updating jobs and reports using CAFM systems
  • Completing weekly timesheets and associated paperwork
  • Providing a professional and presentable service to clients onsite
  • Participating in the on-call rota (currently 1 in 5)
Requirements
  • Previous FM / building maintenance experience
  • Good understanding of general fabric maintenance
  • Computer literate and confident using CAFM systems
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
Package
  • Temp to perm opportunity
  • Salary up to £36,000
  • Company van provided
  • Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm
  • Travel paid after 1 hour each way, once 8 hours onsite have been completed
  • On-call rota payment
