Join a leading FM company as a mobile fabric engineer in SW London. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work to thrive on a mobile contract.

Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available) 33,000 + van + Fuel Card Mobile contract covering commercial sites in SW London.

Responsibilities:

  • Tiling
  • Carpentry - Door hanging
  • Assembling furniture
  • Plumbing
  • Drainage & flushing
  • Fire alarm/door testing
  • Grouting & Plastering
  • Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/residential setting
  • Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ
  • Full drivers license
