Our client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their commercial M&E team in Liverpool Street! Our client offers valuable career experience, additional training and exposure to additional opportunities internally. This is a static role, following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical plant systems, troubleshoot/fault find, diagnose faults, carry out relevant compliance tasks, report into the Site Manager and update site logbooks.
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties:- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
- Pumps (bearings and mechanical seals)
- Sprinkler systems
- Water treatment (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.)
- Monitoring tap temperatures
- Chilled water systems
- General plumbing duties
- Generators
- Pressurisation units
- Basic BMS operation
- Qualified in a Mechanical related subject (Level 2 minimum, C&G / EAL / NVQ or higher)
- At least 3 years experience within commercial maintenance
- Good commercial M&E plant experience and knowledge
- Client facing experience
- £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
