Qualified Management Accountant Opportunities We are working with a large, well‑established Not-for-Profit organisation based in North London that is looking to appoint two Qualified Management Accountants to join its growing finance function. Two positions are available: 1x Permanent Management Accountant and 1x 12‑Month Fixed Term Contract Management Accountant.
The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will act as a key Finance Business Partner, providing high‑quality financial insight to support both operational and strategic decision‑making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts with clear, insightful commentary
Ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes
Detailed variance analysis and performance reporting
Development of robust financial models to support planning, investment proposals and business cases
Acting as a trusted Finance Business Partner to non‑finance budget holders, translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insight
Supporting strong financial controls, governance and continuous improvement initiatives
Working collaboratively across finance and the wider organisation within a large, complex structure
About You Be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Have proven Management Accounting experience within a medium to large organisation
Demonstrate strong Finance Business Partnering capability
Possess excellent budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis skills
Have advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise
Be highly analytical, with strong attention to detail
Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage, influence and challenge non‑finance stakeholders
Demonstrate a proven track record of working effectively across large and complex organisations
Experience within social housing or the not‑for‑profit sector is highly desirable, but not essential
