Recently qualified Management Accountant for the construction industry in London. A fast-growth Urban Developer is seeking an ACA/ACCA/CIMA to add value to the company and support its global client portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts – Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements and ad-hoc reports.
  • Prepare and review cash-flow projections/forecasts.
  • Act as liaison with auditors, providing financial data and information as required.
  • Work with project and operations teams to ensure effective financial management of the business.
  • Prepare quarterly VAT returns.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with proven experience with COINS.
  • Confidence with Xero or Netsuite and experience with multi-currency reporting and project accounting (desirable but not essential).
  • Commercial mindset with strong technical understanding and confidence to challenge the status quo.
