Join our team at No.27 College Road as a Maintenance Technician! No. 27 College Road, a 120 bed property, is looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician to work 37.5 hours per week across Monday - Friday.
About the role
Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys fixing things and keeping everything running smoothly? If so, this could be the perfect role for you! As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our building safe, functional and welcoming for residents.
What you’ll be doing
- Carrying out minor reactive repairs and planned maintenance
- Ensuring statutory compliance across the building
- Managing commercial waste bins located outside the property
- Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and unexpected repairs
- Helping to create a safe, well-maintained and welcoming environment for residents
About you
We’re looking for someone who is practical, reliable, and takes pride in their work. You’ll ideally have:
- A hands-on approach with experience in maintenance or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Good organisation and time-management skills
- A positive, can-do attitude, even when things get challenging
- The ability to work independently while also supporting the wider team
