As a Retail Spa Therapist, you will act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, combining expert skincare knowledge with outstanding treatment skills to elevate sales performance and the overall client journey.
The RoleThe Retail Spa Therapist will deliver premium treatments while consistently achieving retail sales targets. You will take ownership of your performance, KPIs, and client development, ensuring every client receives an elevated and personalised experience. The role includes both treatment and retail sales, offering expert advice and tailored skincare solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalised facial and skincare treatments to the highest standard
- Provide a luxury client experience through expert consultation and aftercare advice
- Drive retail sales, consistently achieving and exceeding personal and store targets
- Upsell products confidently, tailoring recommendations to individual client needs
- Build and nurture long term relationships with a high value client base
- Maintain impeccable standards across the treatment space, retail floor, and stock areas
- Support in store events and activations to drive engagement and retail performance
- Uphold exceptional standards of presentation, grooming, and professional conduct
- Develop in depth knowledge of all treatments, products, and skincare protocols
- Deliver tailored skincare advice, ensuring each client receives the perfect solution
- Stay current with skincare trends, techniques, and best practices
- Take ownership of ongoing learning and professional development
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy; additional certifications in facial, massage, or advanced skincare treatments are highly desirable
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a spa or beauty therapist, ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional treatments while driving retail sales
- Skilled in clientelling and building a loyal client base
