Birchrose Associates is representing a top 5 global law firm seeking an experienced Legal PA to join its Banking & Finance team in its City of London office, supporting fee earners with high-level secretarial and administrative duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Legal PA to join a highly regarded team and provide professional secretarial, organisational, and administrative support to one Consultant and four Associates within their Banking & Finance team. You will play a key role in ensuring fee earners are supported effectively while maintaining excellent service for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments
  • Inbox and mailbox management, helping to prioritise and respond to communications
  • Organising travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
  • Supporting the billing process, including preparing and generating bills and maintaining records of expenses and disbursements
  • Assisting with client engagement letters and ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory procedures
  • Supporting business development activities including preparing pitches, updating CVs and credentials
  • Producing and amending documents, formatting and proofreading
  • Maintaining accurate electronic filing systems and opening new client matters

This Legal PA position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm.

Requirements
  • At least 4 years' previous Legal Secretary / Legal PA experience within a law firm (essential)
  • Experience supporting Banking & Finance teams
  • Must have billing, diary, inbox and travel management experience (essential)
