Our client, a well-established but growing commercial fit out contractor, is currently hiring for an Internal Recruiter. You will be responsible for sourcing strategies, candidate management, and the full hiring process while improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates and build talent pipelines.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising roles, screening candidates, interviews, and hiring recommendations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and successfully fill live vacancies.
  • Maintain recruitment systems, data, reporting, and agency relationships to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support wider talent initiatives, including recruitment strategy, early careers programmes, and onboarding experience.

The ideal Internal Recruiter will have:

  • Experience in a recruitment or sales based role.
  • Understanding or knowledge about the construction industry.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Comfortable managing a number of vacancies simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills when dealing with candidates, hiring managers and external recruiters.
