A superb opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a supportive and collaborative engineering team within a busy manufacturing site near Ruislip. The company prides itself on a positive working culture where teamwork and mutual respect are at the centre of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.

Non‑negotiable Requirements:

  • Multi‑skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced industrial factory.
  • Electrical and mechanical fault‑finding experience.
  • Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
  • Experience with Industrial Steam Boilers, Autoclaves, Sterilisers etc.
