Job role:
- Be able to complete a job start to finish
- Contact shippers
- Arrange collections
- Complete MAWB & HAWBs, displaying knowledge of country requirements, IATA rates & airline requirements
- Negotiate with airlines for maximum margin
- Complete Customs entries
- Provide quotations
- High customer service levels
- Providing agents with post flights and departure
