Duties

  • Welcoming face for clients, handling enquiries in both English and German.
  • Providing guidance and ensuring clients feel supported.
  • Managing appointments and maintaining diaries.
  • Performing general administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparing and reviewing documents for notarisation, legalisation, and apostille, ensuring all details are correct.

Requirements

  • Fluent proficiency in German and English.
