Early Years Educators - Hackney (Full-Time, September Start)
SANZA Teaching Agency, part of Tradewind Recruitment, is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Educators for full-time opportunities in Hackney primary and nursery settings starting this September. We are working with a range of welcoming and well-resourced early years provisions across Inner London who are seeking passionate practitioners to support children in their first stages of learning and development.
The Role:
- Support the delivery of high-quality Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) learning
- Plan and engage children in play-based, developmentally appropriate activities
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with EYFS framework
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Support children's social, emotional, and educational development
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents/carers
Requirements:
- CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
- Experience working within Early Years settings (nursery or school-based)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
