Core Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
  • Manage the accounting processes for multiple projects from inception to completion.
  • Improve financial visibility across the business through dashboards and KPI tracking.
  • Own the accounts payable and receivable and cash flow.
  • Partner with commercial teams on pricing strategies and revenue optimisation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager in a fast‑paced, SME environment.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or high‑growth businesses (preferred).
  • Degree 2:1 or above, ideally from a reputable university.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, and commercially aware.
