A leading provider of treatment products for the building services industry is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join its expanding team. This role would suit a practical, hands‑on engineer who enjoys being out on site, solving technical issues and building strong relationships with customers. You’ll be joining a business that can offer plenty of variety, independence in your day‑to‑day work and the chance to develop your skills within a niche and steadily growing sector. Whilst this business' primary location is in High Wycombe, this role will be a field‑based role, with customer sites predominantly across London and the South East.
As a Field Service Engineer you can benefit from:
- £30,000 - £40,000pa
- Company car and fuel card
- 20 days holiday bank holidays (rising to 25 days after 5 years)
- Life assurance (3x salary)
- Private medical insurance (after probation)

Responsibilities:
- Commissioning, service, repair, replace and install company products
- Provide technical support to clients
- Assist in maintaining stock control and reordering of parts
- Identify faulty equipment, service and repair opportunities
- Supporting of installation projects
Qualifications and skills:
- Strong fault‑finding and troubleshooting ability
- Excellent customer‑facing communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to travel with occasional overnight stays
