We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead the delivery of hard and soft FM services across a key client account.
The role
- You'll take full ownership of operational and commercial performance - ensuring service excellence, strong stakeholder relationships, and continuous improvement across the contract.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day delivery of FM services (hard & soft)
- Manage P&L performance and drive profitability
- Develop client relationships and ensure a 5-star service
- Lead, motivate and develop site teams and supply chain
- Identify opportunities for service innovation and growth
- Ensure H&S compliance and operational best practice
About you
- Proven experience in FM Account/Contract Management
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- H&S qualification (NEBOSH/IOSH) desirable
