To provide professional and proactive diary, administrative and operational support to the Assistant Director, Repairs & Compliance, and the Director of Housing (The Directors). This is to ensure the best and most effective use of the Directors' time and to ensure they are fully prepared for attending meetings and events and that their arrangement of meetings ensures secured meeting rooms and venues and timely invitations.
