You'll work alongside experienced consultants and engineers on projects that combine technology, energy efficiency, data analytics, and building automation to create smarter, more sustainable environments.
Location: London - Hybrid Working
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of smart building and digital transformation projects
- Assisting with building technology strategies and smart building assessments
- Working with systems such as BMS, IoT platforms, analytics tools, and integrated building technologies
- Helping analyse building performance and operational data
- Supporting client meetings, workshops, and technical documentation
- Collaborating with project teams across engineering, sustainability, and technology disciplines
- Learning how modern buildings integrate automation, connectivity, and user experience
Desired Experience:
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Building Services, Smart Buildings, Sustainability, Technology, or a related field
- Strong interest in smart buildings, digital engineering, IoT, or building technology
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
