TSS is looking for Elite Retail Security Officers in Streatham, working with one of the biggest global retail companies. The role is part of a team that ensures safety and security for clients, colleagues, customers, and assets.

Location: Streatham and surrounding areas

Pay Rate: £16.14 per hour

Hours: 45 hours per week

Shifts: 4 days out of 7 – between 6 am until midnight

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a visible uniformed deterrent, contributing to safety and security of the client's premises and staff
  • Carry out company policy on loss prevention and ensure safety of staff and visitors
  • Lawfully deter potential troublemakers on site
  • Observe and report incidents using correct reporting systems
  • Carry out all duties assigned by the client or manager to whom you are responsible
  • Keep site knowledge up to date and identify local developments
  • Understand and implement fire and safety evacuation procedures
  • Assist with staff and contractor searches if required
  • Ensure security base is maintained in a clean and tidy condition
  • Conduct yourself in a manner that brings credit to yourself and the company, wearing full uniform and displaying SIA licence

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must have an SIA licence and a minimum of 3 years of security or relevant experience.
  • Great communication and customer service skills, tech-savvy attitude for digital administration, and age 18 or over are required.
