Electrical Project Manager required to lead a 7 million electrical package on a high-profile commercial fit out project based in Liverpool Street, London. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and highly respected M&E contractor delivering complex commercial projects across London.
We are looking for a driven and commercially aware Electrical Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale CAT A & CAT B commercial fit out projects from pre-construction through to handover.
Electrical Project Manager RoleAs Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the electrical package, managing programme delivery, subcontractors, client coordination, quality control, procurement, health & safety, and financial performance. You will work closely with senior management, consultants, and site teams to ensure the successful delivery of this flagship project within programme and budget.
- Manage the 7m electrical package from inception to completion
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard
- Monitor programme and drive project milestones
- Manage procurement of labour and materials
- Attend client and design team meetings
- Control project costs and variations
- Coordinate commissioning and handover process
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial fit out projects
- Experience delivering large M&E packages valued 2m+
- Strong technical electrical knowledge
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced London projects
