What You'll Be Doing
As the onsite Electrician, you'll be responsible for the planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a commercial estate. From lighting installs and power distribution to emergency light testing and fault finding, you’ll be the go‑to technical expert on the ground.

- Level 3 Qualification: Minimum City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition: Up‑to‑date wiring regulations.
- Experience: A solid background in commercial maintenance or installation.
- Reliability: Since this is a static role, we need someone punctual with a professional "can‑do" attitude for our clients.
