The role is based from your home address whilst there is also an expectation to get out and about to see your learners. This post will holistically plan, co-ordinate, mentor and support on training and assessment for apprentices based in the Early Years Education sector. Knowledge and experience from working in the Early Years sector will be shared with apprentices to ensure they achieve their programme at the highest possible level and in a timely fashion. It’s a busy role with a mix of appointments, admin and keeping up to date with the latest policies and procedures. Time-management and organisational skills are as essential as a positive outlook and self-motivation!
Personal Specification:
- CAVA, A1 award or working towards
- Qualification in Early Years at level 3 or equivalent
- Self-awareness and the desire for continuous personal improvement
- Good work ethics and passion for team comradery
- Positive attitude and personable approach
- Resilience with the ability to recover from setbacks quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
