We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 HR Consultant to support and improve a live HR system within D365 Finance & Operations (HR module). This hands‐on role focuses on stabilising the system, resolving issues, optimising configuration, and documenting processes following the departure of internal specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues (workflows, automations, integrations, DocuSign)
- Configure and optimise D365 HR / F&O setup
- Conduct discovery and document processes, configurations, and integrations
- Run stakeholder workshops and act as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Train internal staff and provide clear knowledge transfer
- Support integrations with external systems and Power Automate (desirable)
Key Skills
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 HR / F&O
- Functional and technical expertise with hands‐on configuration
- Proven experience in live system support/stabilisation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
- Desirable: Power Automate, DocuSign, and CRM/onboarding integrations experience
- Experience with HR system transitions or replacements
