Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full finance function, ensuring robust controls, processes and governance.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial planning.
- Provide timely, insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
- Partner with operational leaders across manufacturing, supply chain and commercial teams to improve performance.
- Manage investor relations and present financial information to the Board and PE stakeholders.
- Lead value‑creation initiatives including cost optimisation, margin improvement and efficiency projects.
- Support M&A activities, refinancing processes and potential exit planning.
- Develop and mentor a high‑performing finance team.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post‑qualified experience.
- Proven track record as a Finance Director or senior finance leader within a PE‑backed manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at executive and investor level.
- Experience in fast‑paced, transformation‑oriented settings.
- Exceptional leadership skills and a hands‑on, improvement‑focused mindset.
