Your new company is a privately owned, fast‑growing professional services firm with an excellent reputation in the Business Advisory market. The firm advises an impressive portfolio of entrepreneurial UK clients alongside a growing international client base, and is known for strong technical capability, a collaborative culture and continued investment in people and technology.

This newly created Director, Partner Designate role offers the opportunity to establish and lead a new Business Advisory Service, with a defined route into Partnership within 12‑18 months. You will take ownership of client relationships, drive business development, build a team and work closely with the Managing Partner to shape the future of the firm. The role combines technical excellence, commercial leadership and strategic influence.

Responsibilities
  • Own and nurture client relationships.
  • Drive business development and new client acquisition.
  • Build and lead a high‑performance advisory team.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Partner to shape strategy and future growth.
Qualifications
  • ACA or ACCA qualification (CTA/RI supported).
  • Strong experience across statutory accounts, audit, tax and company secretarial work.
  • Existing client portfolio with ambition to develop further.
  • Background from a mid‑tier, independent or entrepreneurial firm.
  • Commercial, advisory‑led mindset.
  • Leadership capability and cultural alignment.
Compensation and Benefits
  • £85,000 – £125,000 salary.
